Because SAKOLER BAZAR sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment, please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

As our products are downloadable digital goods, all sales are generally final once a file has been successfully downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot "return" a product once access has been granted.

When a Refund May Be Considered

• You were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end
• The file delivered was corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its description
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@habibaprint.site with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
